Mekhanicheskiy Zavod Ltd on an industrial basis produces high-quality secondary aluminium alloys with a high degree of clearing and gas porosity not higher then 3 points on 5 ball scale. Standard weight of melt is 10t.
Aluminium alloys are delivered by lots of 20t or more according to the following standards:
DIN 1725 (part 5),
DIN EN 1676,
NF A-57-703,
GOST 1583-93
DSTU 3753-98.

Under the additional arrangement the composition in aluminium alloy is provided Ca-0.002 % max, Bi-0.003 % max, Sb-0.005 % max, P 0.0015-0.006 %.

While manufacturing ALL grades of aluminium alloys are exposed to the following purifying operations:
• Refinement by a universal flux from Mg and nonmetallic inclusions.
• Refinement by a purge by nitrogen from nonmetallic inclusions and hydrogen.
• Filtration of an aluminium alloy through a grid (standard) or the filter (under the special order).
